As an active member of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors for over 30 years, I am committed to providing the best possible service to my customers and clients. I enjoy working with buyers as well as sellers and sell homes "from cottages to castles and everything in between."

In the year 2000 I was voted realtor of the year, licensed as a salesperson. To keep up to date on the changing real estate market I have served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors and the Board of Directors of the Grand Rapids Multiple Listings Board as well as on several other committees over the years.

In order to maintain a balance in my life, I have become an avid runner and supporter of my son (a former professional triathlete) and my husband who both participate in triathlon competitions throughout the country and abroad. My daughter, her husband and their three "perfect" girls and delightfully energetic, mischievous boy also keep me busy and active.

After working in the manufacturing industry for over 30 years, my husband, GL, joined me in the real estate business shortly after the Keller Williams office opened here in Grand Rapids in June of 2000. Much to my surprise, my son entered the business in Boulder, Colorado, a few years ago and is now a successful real estate agent there.

In October of 2001 I asked a friend (and high school classmate), Bev Ponchahar, to come into the office to do some troubleshooting for me. She ended up staying as my Office Manager/Licensed Assistant. Bev describes herself as a “generalist in the day of specialization” – she knows how to dig in and get things done and is not afraid of hard work. She was the Office Manager at Warner, Norcross & Judd, one of the largest law firms in Grand Rapids, for many years and brings that expertise with her – she keeps track of everyone and everything in our office.

In October of 2005, we added Amy Vissman as our Buyer’s Agent. Amy had been a Keller Williams agent for about a year and, when invited to join our group, looked at it as an opportunity to be a part of one of the most professional and high-producing teams in Grand Rapids. She’s a real team player and fits right into our group.

As a founding partner of the first Keller Williams offices in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, and with our recent expansion into Grand Haven, I’ve now put together a dynamite team that can handle all your real estate needs.
